Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp Big Mac sauce (recipe below)
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 8 slices cheddar cheese
- 1 head of lettuce, shredded
- 1 large tomato, sliced
- 4 dill pickle slices
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sweet pickle relish
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
- 1 tsp white wine vinegar
Instructions
- Step 1: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and onion; cook, breaking up the beef with a spoon, until browned and cooked through. Drain off any excess grease.
- Step 2: Stir in Big Mac sauce and heat through.
- Step 3: Lay out flour tortillas. On each tortilla, layer 2 slices of cheddar cheese, 1/4 of the meat mixture, 1/4 of the shredded lettuce, 1/4 of the tomato slices, and 1 dill pickle slice.
- Step 4: Fold the sides of the tortilla inwards, then tightly roll up each tortilla.
- Step 5: Serve immediately. You can optionally lightly grill the wraps in a pan or on a griddle for a warm tortilla.
Notes
- Store leftover wraps in the refrigerator for up to 2 days, wrapped tightly in foil to maintain freshness.
- For perfectly reheated wraps, gently warm them in a dry skillet over medium heat for a minute or two per side, or until heated through.
- Serve these Big Mac Wraps with a side of crispy fries for a truly indulgent and satisfying meal.
- To avoid soggy wraps, ensure the ground beef is thoroughly drained before adding the Big Mac sauce; this helps prevent excess moisture.
