Delicious strawberry cheesecake cinnabon rolls recipe recipe with detailed instructions and nutritional information.

  • Total Time: 35 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can (13.9 oz) refrigerated cinnamon roll dough
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup strawberry jam
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh strawberries
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a baking pan.
  2. Step 2: In a medium bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  3. Step 3: Unroll the cinnamon roll dough and spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over each roll. Then, spread strawberry jam over the cream cheese layer and sprinkle with chopped strawberries.
  4. Step 4: Re-roll the cinnamon rolls tightly and cut each roll into 6-8 slices. Place the slices in the prepared baking pan.
  5. Step 5: Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
  6. Step 6: While the rolls are baking, prepare the glaze by whisking together the milk and powdered sugar in a small bowl. Once the rolls are out of the oven, drizzle the glaze over the warm rolls and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Store leftover rolls in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days to keep the cream cheese filling fresh.
  • Reheat individual rolls in the microwave for 15-20 seconds for a warm, gooey treat.
  • Serve these rolls warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for an extra decadent dessert experience.
  • For easier slicing, chill the re-rolled dough for 15 minutes before cutting into individual rolls, resulting in cleaner, more uniform shapes.
