Ingredients
- Salmon fillets: 2 (6-8 ounces each)
- Boursin cheese: 4 ounces
- Olive oil: 1 tablespoon
- Lemon: 1/2 (sliced)
- Fresh dill: 2 tablespoons (chopped)
- Garlic powder: 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt: 1/4 teaspoon
- Black pepper: 1/4 teaspoon
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil.
- Step 2: Place the salmon fillets in the prepared baking dish. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Step 3: Spread the Boursin cheese evenly over the top of each salmon fillet.
- Step 4: Arrange lemon slices around and on top of the salmon. Sprinkle with chopped fresh dill.
- Step 5: Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

- Leftover baked salmon should be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
- For best flavor, gently reheat salmon in a 300°F oven until warmed through, preventing it from drying out.
- Serve this flavorful salmon over a bed of quinoa or couscous to soak up the creamy Boursin sauce.
- To prevent the Boursin from burning, make sure the salmon is moist when baking, and lightly tent with foil if needed.
