Reporting Copyright Infringement

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notification, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content as required by law.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was mistakenly removed or disabled as a result of a DMCA takedown notice, you may send us a counter-notification. Your counter-notice must include:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the removed content and its location before removal.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed by mistake or misidentification.
4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or if outside the U.S., that you consent to jurisdiction in the U.S.) and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA claim.

Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, Savor Swing has a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users or account holders who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
