- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon dried chives
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Step 2: In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, minced garlic, and dried chives. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Step 3: Place the chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish. Top each chicken breast evenly with the cream cheese mixture.
- Step 4: Sprinkle the shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses over the cream cheese mixture.
- Step 5: Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is melted and bubbly. Internal temperature of the chicken should reach 165°F (74°C).
- Step 6: Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving. Serve immediately.
