- Lemon juice: 1 tablespoon
- Garlic powder: 1 teaspoon
- Paprika: 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt: 1/4 teaspoon

- Dried parsley: 1 teaspoon
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
- Step 2: Pat the cod fillets dry with paper towels. This helps them get crispy.
- Step 3: In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and dried parsley.
- Step 4: Brush the mixture evenly over both sides of the cod fillets.
- Step 5: Place the seasoned cod fillets in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not overlapping.
- Step 6: Air fry for 8-10 minutes, or until the cod is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. Cooking time may vary depending on the thickness of the fillets and the air fryer.
Notes
- Store leftover air fryer cod in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
- Reheat leftover cod gently in the air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for 3-4 minutes to prevent it from drying out.
- Serve your air fryer cod with a side of roasted vegetables and a dollop of tartar sauce for a complete and delicious meal.
- For extra flavor, marinate the cod in the spice mixture for at least 30 minutes before air frying.
